   when i convert dvd to divx with divx codec choosing quality to 1080 HD evend with large amount of bit rate 2397 bitrate ending with 2GB of file size still the concert that i am converting has blocks in it where i can see if i focus on it is this normal i am using avisynth and virtualdub please help . thanks
