im a newbie when it comes to converting divx to dvd what software would be the best for me to use and get decent quality? i tried using tmpgenc and it took forever way to long. and there is too many processes that you have to go through is there anything easier? i used divx2dvd software and it didnt take long, but what do you guys think about the movie quality in programs such as avi2dvd or winavi or svcd2dvd are those programs any good , give me some feedback please.they seem to be alot easier to work with.
if you want quality the best thing to do is learn the whole process. it's not really that hard. also have you tried dvdsanta too? i never have but i hear alot about it. secondly you could try mainconcept it is kinda like tmpgenc but a little less complicated i guess.

Yep both are quite simple programs. But dont worry one day you will become a "qualty freak" like most of us It's not that great though, u find urself watching ur encodes, seeing 1 block and saying "F**K SH*T WHAT THE F**K HAPPENED, GOD DAMN IT I HAVE TO DO IT ALL AGAIN NOW!" ;-)
