    Hi

I've been using dvd architect to convert divx avi files into a dvd. I convert them to mpeg's using divx-dvd then use dvd architect and create a dvd with a wallpaper back drop and menu system.

My question is, I've just noted it seems to be cutting out the last minute of the programs, I thought it was the avi files but I notice that the avi's have the ending but the mpegs don't. It seems the mpeg has the full length when view with windows media player but when viewed through my dvd player it only has 40mins max, is there any way to increase this? I have even tried with a 1hr 45min avi and I get the same result just 40mins on dvd.

If it can't be increased is there another way to create a dvd with a wallpaper and menu system?

I have a less imprtant question, does anyone know how to create a video intro before the main menu? Its something that's been puzzling me for a while and I've just settled for wallpaper and music.

    Thanks in advance

Thanks I'll try that, I think my main problem is that divX to dvd is splitting the files into two separate files one 40mins long and the other the other couple of minutes. I might have to look at other ways of converting a divX avi to mpeg.
