Just downloaded a movie that was in divx format then used VSO DivX to DVD and converted the file, after burning a disc it still won't play on my older dvd player. I do have a newer player that plays DIVx movies and the converted files but wanted to convert it to play on another older dvd player I have that cannot play divX movies. The older player does play burned movies using Dvd Shrink and Decrypter, but won't play a converted file! I don't understand why. I'd appreciate any help and remedies from the "senior" staff. Thanx in advance!
If your player likes DVDs burned with DVD Shrink, then open the VIDEO_TS folder created by DivxToDVD in DVD Shrink and try burning with that. Then you'll have some idea where the problem is.
