Im having troubles getting the LotR: The Two Towers to convert to SVCD thru TMPG encoder, making it into VCD is easy but every time i make it in SVCD format it has a little white rectangle that floats on the picture..I have repaired this file and even tried several times does anyone know a solution..thanks ahead of time if anyone knows
