How to do this, i tried it with Tmpeg (vcd) but after 5 min it was already finished, and no results. :-( Help is very welcome ps. pardon my (bad) english.
Hm, with TMPGEnc you should succeed. Simply re-encode the file (quality sucks..) to VCD compliant MPEG-1 stream.
