hey all this may be a dumb question but ime a newbie so bare with me please! ive just bought a divx dvd player and have been told that i can burn a avi movie file to a dvd as a data dvd and it will play no problem! so they say! well ive tried this on a dvd and cd but the dvd player brings up a message something about qpel unsupported codec or to that effect please can someone help me?
Hi. Sounds like the video you are trying to view has been compressed using a codec that your DVD Player doesn't support. If you search the forums on this site you should find quides for converting the file so that it will work with your Player.
