I had Winavi Video Converter. I wish to have a size of 200MB for an 40 Minutes RMVB video so that i can compact all the similar videos i have into AVI and put into one DVD. Winavi don't have such feature to convert to selected size, and also cannot adjust any video bitrate as it is auto set by the video resolution. I can only change video resolution and sound quality. Does anyone know any video resolution to size output calculator or sort of?
