dll loading problems

Every time I turn on windows it states RUN DLL error opening specified module

I know they are spyware the two are

c:/windows/system32/gzrmt.dll

c:/windows/system32/uvbderah.dll

Should I scan it wit hijack this and give you the log or should I do something else

but I expect you are likely to need to use combofix and also do some registry repairs which I can't advise you about.
