DM500C VM

    Hi my dreambox 500c on virgin network went off the other day.i'm using image from enigma?? cant find any other anywhere to use, cant get any fixes and i've hunted high and low for free images that might help get this box working again.. haven't got tuxbox commander option, cant get menu up by pressing blue or yellow buttons. seems my image doesn'tsupport this tuxbox thats been mentioned in other threads.. please can someone tell me how to get the box back working in the NWest..
