DMR-E85H U99 Error

    I have the unit and have the u99 error.
    I download the software upgrade and burn it on the cd using ISO format.
    Now when i put it in it says Unsupported on the recorder display.
    Please let me know what i am doing wrong. U99 error doesn't go away.

    From Panny's website:

    "Please Note: If "U11"(DMR-E30/ DMR-HS2) or "UNSUPPORT" appears on the DVD recorder's display during the update process, this indicates that the firmware already installed in your unit is either the same version or a newer version than the one you are trying to install. In this case an update is not possible with the firmware you have."

    Did the U99 error occur during a "Divide Title" ?

    That error comes up whenever you turn on the unit. IT comes up while using also. Let me know if you can help
