you cant use the same disc id on all games it depends on the last 3 hex codes xx xx xx xx xx thats how the code is set up, if you know the last 3 sets then you can just use the id from your original to use for the first 2 sets.

u can't use the same id for multiple games, but it works sometimes. For example i used the same id of madden for nba live and it worked but the same id didn't work for nhl.

yeah, i noticed this when i tried my socom id on resident evil outbreak and it didnt work, but it did work on tony hawk underground 2. so youll just have to find out the last 3 sets of hex ids you can use. for the first 2 i use my socom id.

once the program loads, you hit eject and insert your original online dnas enabled ps2 game, then hit x a few times.

am i correct that DNAS is just a code that you need if connecting to Sony game servers? I have just copied BattleFront (waiting for my swap magic discs to come) so i havent tried it yet. If i dont use a DNAS patch, will the game still work as a single player, and will it work if a group of us play on a closed LAN? thanks

yes, it is only for online (not sure about lan, but it should work).

I have both the CD and the DVD version of the Disk ID Util, but on both disks I my PS2 (V7) comes up with the same error "Disk Read Error". My PS2 is modded and I know for a fact that my DVD's are readable as my brother is playing a game burned on one as I type this.

when you opened it with winrar, drag the files to your desktop, then you will know where they are. Also, in case you didn't know, they are image files.

thats what people say. But, you can't play a pal game online with a ntsc ps2 and vice versa.
