Do i need a modchip to install a 300GB HDD

    I soft modded my xbox, but do i need a modchip to install a 300GB hard drive? or is it the same as installing a a smaller hdd?

    you dont need a chip but u have to put the files that are on your original hd to the new one.

    Exact same process as the smaller ones, click on my tutorials to ensure you do it correctly.

    Don't forget to use the UnleashX format at the end to release the rest of your space...

    **NOTE**

    You do NOT need any files (other then the eeprom) from the original HDD.
