i have £1000 and do not mind going over.

i need a powerful laptop overall with fast processor..good ram and powerful graphics card for intensive games.

i do not want it to be big..so smaller screen the better.

obviously the lighter it is the better.

    Thank you

    Dell XPS M1530?
It won't play Crysis that well, but most other games should play alright.
You can get proper gaming laptops for a bit over a grand (c. 1200) but they're big 17" ones, as that's required to cool high end parts.

But it can't play games, because it has a very low end GPU, the 8400 series. Asaeed is after a gaming laptop.

so any other suggestions? it doesnt have to be a really powerful gaming laptop. i would like it to be able to play new games (doesnt have to be on highest settings)

so im not a hard core gamer...just a nice extra thing to have in spare time to play games

thank you for help so far..i'll keep checkin for more replies.

Unfortunately only nvidia offer gaming-capable laptop graphics chips at the time, and they do fail often, so if you're after a gaming laptop a 3-year extended warranty package is essential.
