This HD loader i got is garbage. It has worked one time out of about 100 tries now. I am soo frustrated. I just tried to use the SkipDoctor that repairs dvds and scratches, and still get the same "can not read disc" error. How can it read it once time, and never again? The disc has 2 glue marks on it when it came, but aparently, most people have that as well, and it works fine. Well after examining it again, i have noticed a perfectly circular scratch on the top of the DVD where its white scraped thru the Blue graphic on top all the way around the outer edge of the disc. Im so pissed off anyone one ship a DVD to me in such rough condition. Chances are now i wont get my money back since i used the skip doctor on it. Plus they will not reinburse me for the shipping back to them, nor do they guarentee that they will replace it until they examine it. I wouldnt do business with them again, nor do i recomend them/
I dont see the problem with the circular scratch on the outer part of the disc, because hd loader is relatively small and does not take up that much space on the cd, it should not affect the data. Have you tried the disc on another PS2 or using a different network adapter, etc..?
no i have not tried the HD loader on a different Hardware setup.. i have the first PS2, the first Network adapters, and the first HDD. I dont have access to another ps2. would that make a difference? i got everything the day they came out.
Just send it back to them and get a refund you dumb shit. Crying all over the place is not going to help you. Just send it back what an idiot.
Be respectful to others in the forums!!! Yeah, send it back, and by elsewhere, see if you can get a new one locally, so you can check the disc in the store and it cant get screwed in the post.
Insulting a person when he's asking for help is real mature. You must think your so cool now. I would just send it back and get either a refund or a replacement.
1) I did not insult him he had it comming by being and idiot on a public fourm. 2) You cannot read obviously when I told him to call modchipworld and get a refund or exchange. You sir are truely an idiot and have absolutely no class. Go back to the hole where you came from.
