Do anyone of you know where to get a good spyware killing software....I think that's why my internet connection is so slow these days n also my computer. Theres programs added on to my computer recently that I know it's none of mine...I try to deleted but it says that it's in use.... can someone help me? Also does anyone know where to get a good virus program? (from the internet...) Thanx all who help

For removing spyware: Ad-aware and Spybot as mentioned earlier.
