I just got a Starview box 4 usb, and I am get it up and running, but with no luck. when I automatic scan for channels, it scans very quickly, and tells me no channels found - this is the same as what happens if no cable input is connected.

We had n*l previously in the house, but we cancelled it, and we had a starview the box super 3 for a while, which worked fine. Can anyone help me figure this out? Do you need a basic n*l subscription for the box to find channels, or what?
    Thanks in advance

You need the basic package, thats why you are getting no signal.
