Does a Starview Factory Reset delete the software?

    I Stupidly took the advice of a friend who set factory reset would give me access to the arsenal channel and now everything is scrambled.
    Can you tell me if I need to download the software again onto the Starview set and if so where do I get the software. The Iwantabox site doesnt seem to have it. If someone could give me the instructions to get it back working again i would be very grateful

    Factory reset does not delete the firmware. Just turn your key emu back on, press menu, type 1570 on remote and turn it back on. You will need to do an autoscan on your provider to get all your channels back.
