Do you mean you want to turn your PS2 controller into an arcade controller? It's more money and time than its worth if you ask me, seeing as there are already a whole load of great PS2 arcade style controllers.

Just look it up on google, lots of people make custom controllers.

If you just mean turning your PS2 into an arcade kiosk, then that's a lot simpler. Just buy an old arcade cabinet, replace it with your PS2 and monitor, and there you'll be.
