Does anyone buy large lots of consoles to repair and sell, if so, where?

Title says it all really. I'm interested in buying some consoles in Bulk to make a little extra cash to help off-set the costs of the reflow station. I was curious who else might do this sort of work, and where you purchase bulk consoles for repair and resale?

 

liquidation.com you can buy lots of consoles as small as 3 or so at a time up to 50 at a time I have ordered broken 360's and ps3's off of there

 

i was looking at liquidation.com but for what it would average out to, i can still pull consoles from ebay for less.

 

that's what I noticed. These don't really seem like they come out cheap enough to be worthwhile.

 

exactly. not buy the time you factor in shipping is 45 bucks at minimum (price to ship 3 separate consoles off of ebay) and the average cost of the units are around 60-80 bucks a piece ( i can get RROD HDMI units for around 30-40 each on ebay all day long, if not cheaper). so its just easier to use ebay for me.

 

one thing i did like about the site when i ordered was i got complete systems in the box all cables hdd everything I have gotten a few off ebay but its always console only rhis way I can resell a full system and usually charge about $135-150 for a full system

 

ya but you can get full systems on ebay for 50-70 bucks. just pulled 3 off ebay with an average of 55ish.

 

I figure I'm probably bidding against you on a few at the moment. Hopefully they don't end up too high.

 

nah, not bidding right now. have 5 consoles ATM. dont need anymore unless i can steal some. plus i usually do my bidding at consoles that end either really late at night, or early in the AM.

nah, its a different one, but if you do bid against me, idc. i stop bidding around 40 bucks.

 

Out of curiosity, is that with shipping?
