Does anyone know a program that allows you to change the ratio frame of a avi or dvd

    No matter what you use, it has to be re-encoded.
    What type of movie is it now? mpeg, avi (what codec) etc.?

    I have both AVI's and DVD, although, since I plan on making DVD's, there eventually going to become MPEG.

    Virtualdubmod. Load video, select video, framerate, change to whatever you want.

    Ok, I just downloaded it, but how do i instaill it? (It's a zip file)

    Nvm, I got it on, but how do I change the frame ratio so that my subtitles don't get cut off

    Resize, don't crop.
