    ASPI Information

    where it says "System ASPI: ASPI installation is corrupted."


    there is a post below this that i made called "disc error..." where i posted all the info that nero info tool gave me if you want to check that out also.

    please help. i need to get this problem taken care of.

    Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

    Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.tx

    hey. sorry for late response. i looked where you said for the nerohistory.tx file, and its not there. so i search my computer for that file name, and it didnt find anything.

    Do a search for just NeroHistory.

    Since you don't really need an aspi driver, except for the one that comes with Nero, I would suggest you remove the other version and see what happens. There is quite a bit of information on Google about doing that, and I have referenced some below. You might also go to the Adaptec site to see if they give you a way to remove it. Be careful and do not remove the Nero Version.
