Does anyone know how good the quality of a video is when it's playing at 300.1 K Bits / second? Is it blurry and unclear, or is it good, such as MPEG-1 Quality?

    Thanks, and please reply.

It depends on a few things like the resolution of the video, there is a big difference of 300kb/s with 480x576 and 300kb/s with 352x288!

I'm not sure I would classify MPEG1 as quality -- it seems to be an inefficient use of space vs. quality. Typically/i] those, 300KBits/s is pretty bad (btw, KB/s or Kb/s -- BIG difference)

actually mpeg-1 vcan have good quality, i would know dude after hundreds on vcd's :) but at 300kb/s, nah not really unless the resolution is seriously lowered! lol
