No - CloneDVD will compress and burn. You'll need AnyDVD (from slysoft also - 21 free trial) running in the background to break the copy protection. Or free rip w/ DVD Fab Decrypter then open those files in Clone to compress and burn. http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm
just a suggestion.... if you want some free software that will do a great job, try out RipIt4Me: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/360110, download and install all the programs and follow the guide and you should be burning without problems in no time at all! good luck. this is just one of many programs that will do the DVDs.... it's a good way to start out.
