Does Sony's Play TV work the same as the rest?

    Hi all,

    I'm new here. Just a few questions about Play TV for the PS3.

    1. Is says it can recieve Free-to-Air channels but can it also [be flashed to] recieve all the other contract channels like a Eurovox?

    2. If not, can I connect my Eurovox to it so that I can record contracted channels?

    3. Will the UK version work in Ireland?

    no it cant be flashed to get subscription channels
    yes you can use it in ireland where you get freeview
