Does SVCD work with PC?

    Actually I got 2 SVCDs last week . It was my first time that I had seen a SVCD but I knew that I can watch every thing with PC. But it didn't work. Then I tried to convert it to Vcd with TMPGEnc but it siad unsupported format???
    Now tell me what is the problem and tell me how can I watch or how can I convert them???

    yes it worked thanks but i want to know why it doesn't work with TMPGEnc ???
