    I think you might be mixing several flashcart names.

    There's a G6 Real, which will not work on a DSi or XL.

    And there's a whole slew of R4 cart clones, some of which will work on the XL, but most will not.

    Go for either the M3i Zero, Acekard 2i, or Supercard DStwo.
