does the new update allow you to open the tray in dashboard?

    i know it was stated by ms i read the whole statement last week, i still dont agree with it.

    I updated too and all went good. The new features are pretty useless, but still...

    Hmn... just because you don't see many people on scene forums with this problem doesn't mean there isn't a 1/1000 chance of it happening. Those numbers are a worldwide average and when your dealing with stats you have to look at all the whole sample of people not just people from a few sites. I'm pretty sure if you added up all the people in the world who have this problem the average would be around 1/1000. it also does not seem far off to me since Microsoft claims to have sold over 28 million systems, if you divide that by a thousand youd get 28000 systems broken because if this update, which seems like a reasonable number.

    Yeah both my consoles updated fine (Phew!!) but the only real difference i see is that i can now eject discs from the controller if i want to. Whoopy do!, but i guess everyone's needs are different. I just don't believe that many people out there are saft (not mispelled) enough to want to spend (real) money on avatars and other such fluff. Each to their own i guess.

    I personally couldn't care less about the avatar market place, I'm not going to spend my money on my avatar unless i can get a gun from COD4 for like 200 points but i dont see that happening. I am kinda excited about in game avatar awards though, M$ has been talking about doing this since NXE was first released

    Maybe if I could become a zombie from Dead Rising or Left4Dead, and of course had some points left, then maybe. When I manage to get my internet connection fixed (I think my router is jammed) I might buy Lost and Damned.
