does it have to in order to use the moto phone tools because I have a rokr with cingular and my uncle has a razr v3c with sprint and neither one of 'em will go through the detection
no the phone doesnt need unlocking,all unlocking it does is let you use a different service provider.
what should I do because when I first boot the program up, the instructions say make sure that your phone is unlock before continuing or somethin like that. then it says detecting phone, and it stops right before the last bar, so i don't know what i'm doin wrong
