hi there i am a new user so first i want to apolagise if i have posted in the wrong bit. Now my problem i brought two eurovox max boxes for my mate and one for my dad. I have two boxes one up one down and they work fine. I set the first box up with no problems autoscanned and all channels were found straight away great. The second box didnt find anything it just says transpoder not found i have tried everything apart from re loading the software. I went to do this with my lead from maplins as the forum advises but i cant get it to work on my pc it has windows vista my mates pc has xp on it and his works fine is there something i am doing wrong and do you think by re loading the software it will work? oh i have connected the box correctly rf in etc? PLEASE HELPPPPPPPP
When you are autoscanning it might be scanning the wrong symbol rate. Where are you based and who are your service provider?
Hi i am in nottingham and i am with ntl i have reset factory settings and change symbol rate to same as all other boxes that work in my house, 3 in total i have used just the main feed with no splitters. When it was attached to the main feed it found about 30 channels over and over again?
connect it to the box that has all the channels and transfer the channels over, using your cable, put the one thats not picking up the channels on standby and do a transfer
