done a factory reset but a lot off channels changed

hi iv done a factory reset on my box but alot off channels moved to the 3000 chanels on the box about 30 of them in total eg bbc1 and loads of the movies and all my sports and they have lost there names and are now called tv1701 tv1702 and so on dose anyone know why this has happined and how to fix it thanks

Some areas are reporting a weakened TP/TPs since the latest channels have come on line. Did you scan from the direct feed, i.e. without a splitter?

 

iv tryed that still the same prob some 1 said that it might be a network prob and because its not got the channel name so it puts them into the 3000 and lists them as tv**** there is loads off them in it maybe 40 or more

 

Thats what I said in rellation to the TPs Plus the categories are not mapped correctly on the SV3 because of this. Are you in the North West of the UK?

 

yeah mate in liverpool speke. will this problem correct it self ?

 

maybe try a factory reset,poweroff box at back/on and autoscan again from main feed and if its still the same tps on low power as scouser said.

 

yeah still the same prob after doing that thanks anyway do you the the cc will sort this prob out? if its still the same on my next day off ill go the cab and cheack that my cable is connected to the top tap still.
