Hi guys
Can anyone tell me is it nornmal for a starview box only to pick up 40 channels in Donnycarney?

 

No mate u should be getting something like 143 tv channels and 30 radio channels !
is your EMU on ?

 

Make sure you have "NTSC" or similar selected when doing the scan

 

no. donneycarny is N*L , so scan with that !
NTSC isnt a provider !!

 

I never said it was, it's a setting located somewhere on the installation area. Sometimes it defaults to GAL-P/C etc. and if so it'll only tune in 40 or so channels. Not sure exactly where it is as I'm not in front of the box but if ye flute around ye'll find it.

 

I know what your talking about now,
Thats in the user setup section but his problem is more than likely that afterscaning the channels the emu isnt on .
