i bought a memorex doubel layer dvd burner and had it in my first pc and burnt cd but never tried to burn a dvd. i recantly got a new pc and put it in it. but when i go to burn a dvd it wont see the dvd. it will see a cd. does anybody know why this is.
i was thinking about that i looked through all my disks and did not find a softwear disk but i dont rember there being one it did come with nero and it is instaled. but maby there was a nother disk i dont think so though.
Best thing to do is probably uninstall the whole program and try to reinstall it, it could have had a glitch in it...Also check to see if the drive is showing up as DVD/CD
