Doom 3

    I downloaded doom 3 and played it once then the next time i opened it everytime it gets to inistializing menus it comes up with the annoying message of "Doom 3.exe has encountered a problem and must close" what can i do i have uninstalled it and done it again but it still does it i have used different serials but it still does it and i don't know why any help would really be appreciated :)

    I would double check to make sure that you pc has the min system requirements, as well as the latest DirectX software. It wouldn't hurt to make sure that you also have the graphics accelerator on. Although if none of that works, it's probably because you dont have a legit copy. GO BUY ONE!

    well i told you i played it plus have played the demo all the way through lol :)

    Because you talk about downloading a game, which equals piracy, which is NOT ALLOWED ON THESE FORUMS.

    but there is a forum for P2P and isn't P2P used for downloading pirated content as is Torrents?

    No one here is going to help you with pirated software,
    there is a difference between sharing knowledge and outright
    blatant piracy.

    It not our rules, we just try to abide by them,
    Why dont you start asking where you downloaded it from,
    or some torrent sites that DO condone piracy.

    The 'dont ask' 'dont tell' policy applies here.
    I am NOT one to judge others but sometimes its wise,
    to keep your buisness to yourself,
    Expecially on a public forum with over 500,000 members.

    btw, are there any p2p or torrent programs that don't condon piracy???
