Try usenet. The chances of finding a place that isn't .torrent based these days, is pretty damn slim.
dont even bother trying to use dolphin to play games. right now it's not capable of emulating the game with an fps rate greater than 5-8. the purpose of dolphin to show that gamecube emulation can simply be done.
Don't bother trying to confuse people with facts, andrew. People will make bald lies, claiming they have systems more than powerful enough to run gamecube emulation at full speed. Gamecube will take a much heavier computer to emulate than PS2, and the leading emulator there requires a minimum 5GHz processor as it is, to reach near full speeds(or so the theory goes).
get one of the OLDER versions of dolphin it'll run much faster i have a 1200mhz PC and it went at like 72.1 fps it goes down though like... at the title screen but don't take my word for it try it yourself and see http://www.dolphin-emu.com/
