I've flashed two other benQ'a before using dosflash 16 but this time on my new 360 machine when i boot to dos using a USB win. 98 boot disk it wont read my orginal firmware. Like i said i boot to DOS, open dosflash 16 and i get to the point when it asks if i want to resend the command and i click Y (Yes). I turn on my 360, (get the 4 digit code), turn it off (the code fluctating stops), then turn it back on when usually it starts reading the banks, however this time around the code begins to fluctate but it does NOT begin to read ANY of the banks.. ITs like it freezes or hangs up, forcing me to reboot into DOS, try it again and but i keep getting the same unsuccessful results... I am using the same computer, same OS, same SATA 6421 chipset PCI card that ive been using for my 360's for the past two years..... I dont get it... I've got to retrieve the "original.bin" firmware and upgrade to ixtreme 1.6... Can any one point me in the right direction here please...??
