Hey all, I received a email on facebook that was a link to a virus.. I know I shouldn't have clicked the 'Install Adobe Flash update' Doh! Anyway I think I've managed to delete it completely but I'm not sure about the systemroot services at the end of the log.. Is anyone able to double check this with me? I'm not so good at doing this and don't want to delete anything by mistake. Your Log is clean. Do you have any problems? You might think about changing your HijackThis from 2.0.3 which is a Beta version that still has some bugs, to version 2.0.2 which is Stable. Version 2.0.3 shows a lot of your 023 lines as (file missing) - not true..... 2oG
Ah thats why... Thats what I was curious about, if they were remnants of viruses etc or nothing to worry about. I'll download the stable & re-check. Cheers
