Double letterbox ... how do i solve this

    Any video file I try to put on disk with nro vision ends up with the standard letterbox then an off color letterbox that nero added. How do i fix this to keep it from happening?

    I had the same issue on downloaded .avi's. What worked for me was changing a setting in Vision. Try changing this setting in Vision - click on More>Video Options>DVD-Video. Under aspect ratio pick 4:3. My experience is 99% of the time Vision will not make the avi full screen by picking this option but it does remove that bar that you mention.

    Yeah with the avi files It always does it so I will give that a try on the next burn I do. Thank you
