I have 120 to 150gb of zip, rar, 7zip, exe and other files and folders and I would like to create a single solid archive without corrupting any files, what do you recommend?

I would use a Samsung T7 or T5 SSD external drive, because I already have, to store over 650 GB of videos. The key with SSD drives is to avoid repeatedly rewriting and deleting files. You can purchase a T7 online for about $95 for a 1 TB drive and $140.00 for a 2 TB drive.

I would not archive it as a single file because of Murphy's Law.

Neither would I but I wasn't certain that's what he was getting at. I really don't see the point of combining multiple files into a single large file.
