Dowloading Verizon Security suite

    I have a new netbook and finally downloaded the verizon security suite but when I start the download, the page keeps loading for a long time. I had to stop it after 40min. any suggestions on why this is happening.

    try to right-click, save as if it is an exe or zip

    once i get to the dowload menu, i click download to save it an file then I follow the instructions to open it, which i do but then that's when the page is loading and loading and loading. it doesn't get to the next step. can I down load the files from my desktop to a flash drive then try to install onto the netbook?
