downgrade 3.9 slim

    im trying to downgrade this slim using the universal unbricker v3 with a custom firmware psp. i download the 3 univer files and whn i try to star t "start.exe", it says "Windows cannot access specified device path or file." and my virus scanner says its a threat even though i've used it before.

    disable ur anti virus and try it again. disconnect from the internet so no virus can get into ur computer
