Downgrade to PSP 1.0 Firmware using 1.0 Dump question

    I have a question about downgrading my 1.50 to 1.0 using the dump software. Will it be ok to use the 1.0 Dump for the downgrade from 1.50 firmware? I'm skeptical to do this since I just bought my PSP.

    I have the Japanese Version 1.50 PSP.

    I don't believe it is possible yet to downgrade the firmware.

    I saw the 1.0 and 1.50 Dump software on a hack site and I wasn't sure what it was for, I thought it was a firmware upgrade or downgrade.
