Download streaming media, how? (Copy .ram/.mov - files from the internet?)

    Hello!
    I've been wondering about this for a long time now. Haven't found the solution... I wonder if anyone knows a way to copy/download movie files (often *.ram or *.mov) from websites that just allow you to stream it? Sometimes I find movie clips that I want to save, but can just watch it online...

    Some sites are easy. Scrolling the HTML source code, looking for the specific movie file's URL and download it. But if you watch it in Real Player it isn't that easy... or?

    Thought I should be able to do this with SnagIt, but it seems to not work.
