Download usage software

    Hi, Can anyone recommend a good free program to monitor download usage. I am on a capped monthly service but my provider has no function to monitor usage.
    Any help will be much appreciated.

    I'm on wanadoo broadband plus, 2meg connection 2gig allowance, although I dont download loads of stuff I would reckon some months I must be close to the allowance. They say they would contact me first before taking any action if I was regularly going over my limit but I was just interested to see how much I really am using.
