Hi! I downloaded a macromedia program, and it is in ISO form. I was wondering what I need to do to get this into a type of file I can run. Is this even possible? Or is there a good chance this isnt even the program? Thanks!

An ISO file is an image that you can burn onto a blank CD-R or DVD-R, if its below 700mb burn it onto a CD if its above onto a DVD.

Download Nero and open up Nero Smartstart,
    Then saved disc image,
    burn this image to disc,
    and voila!
