DVD Identifier is used to read the manufacturer's name and ID codes of DVD's when a disk is inserted in the drive
It also shows the capabilities of the burner - the type of disks it can burn etc.
It's odd that it has problems.

IMGBurn, (a CD/DVD burning program) in addition to burning disks, can ID the disk manufacturer and most of the other information that DVD Identifier shows.

Insert a disk, run the program.
Click 'Mode' > 'Read' to see the disk properties.
Then click, 'Tools' > 'Drive' > 'Capabilities' to see your burners information.

I have clone dvd 2 and any dvd. When i burn a movie the movie is always fine up until the end then it gets like broken up or it just stops and i am so frusterated. I feel like i have tried everything. I am using memorex blank media dvd+r or tdk dvd-r even when the quality bar said 100% this was still happening. any help you could give me would be great someone suggested that i download something that would tell me like who made the blank media but the error message i posted before is the message i kept getting. thanks for your help

Try using quality media such as TYs or Verbs and a custom size in Clonedvd such as 4400 which allows you to not burn to the edge of the disc

just trying to work out if it bombs out on burning or playing after?

    thats your discs...

    try a different brand

    burn at 4x

make project smaller say 4300meg output.

use imgburn to tell you/us the id code of your bad discs...

if you use nero post a log file here
