    Hi there,

Those files are already DVD Compliant files so YES, they are ready to be burned to DVD.

If you use VSO CopyToDVD or Nero, make sure you create a VideoDVD.

All those files HAS to be in a folder called "VIDEO_TS".

You will see a directory called "AUDIO_TS" that is empty, that's ok.
It needs to be there for older DVD player to detect your DVD as a VideoDVD.

    Then burn.

Burn slow, like 2x or 4x MAX to prevent playback problems.

Check and make sure your file size does not exceed the 4.3 limit, you may have to run them through Shrink first and then burn.

You have a file that is in PAL format which is not compatible with USA players. The conversion process is complicated and your best bet is to use the search function at the top of the page and type in PAL to NTSC you will get a lot of reading, and hopefully you answers. Good luck :)
