downloaded movie want to put onto cd-r how do i do this

    ihave downloaded a movie and want to put it onto cd-r. the movie is already split into 2 discs. i have tried using nero but it says it will take 40 hours. there must be a simpler way and a much quicker way. has anybody got some advice or even a step by step guide please
