Just yesterday, everything was working fine but now when I try to play downloaded movies/shows on RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, BSPlayer, etc., the screen moves really slowly. It's like having my hardware acceleration at none when it's at full. Can someone help me please?

Is your HD getting full? Might be severly fragmented.

I have plenty of space left and I defragmented not to long ago but the video is still playing slow. I really can't figure out what's wrong with it.

Try mplayer or VLC. Since they don't rely on installed codecs/filters.
