Downloaded PC Game files - now what?

    I recently downloaded the following files for a PC game (M.A.X.):

    Manual / MAX - Manual - PC.pdf
    MAX.iso
    MAX.sfv
    Patch / MAXRUN.NEW
    Patch / PATCH.BAT
    Patch / PATCH.TXT
    Patch / READMET.NEW
    Patch / READMEW.NEW

    I'm not overly computer savvy, and have no idea what to do with these files in order to get the game to run. Any help is much appreciated!

    The readme usually contains instructions on what to do next. You have two choices though...burn the ISO to a disc with Imgburn or mount the ISO with Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%.
